I was a Lutheran pastor’s wife, a professional opera singer, and a consummate perfectionist. On the outside, my life seemed perfect. But inside, I was miserable…
When my life of perfection became intolerable, I decided to change everything and start living my authentic life. I chose a new last name – Eichel, which means “acorn” in German. Each tiny acorn contains everything needed to grow into a beautiful, mighty tree. The answers are inside me.

I also choose a new career and a whole new life and mindset. And my career and life improved dramatically.
I entered into the financial services profession and within the first nine months I qualified for Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). I haven’t looked back since then!
Now, as a professional speaker, I have presented on some of the biggest stages in and outside of the financial services industry and in countries around the world.
My message is simple, but powerful. Living your authentic life is not only good for the soul, it’s the key to transformational results in your life and career!
